TalentedTeam is designed to help manage and understand the skills, ability and availability of the talent in your organisation. Staff, casual employees, contractors, potential employees and partners all contribute to the talent available to your organisation and understanding this talent is important to operate at you best.
TalentedTeam can be used to search and find pockets of talent in your organisation that might be needed for new projects, customer proposals, un-filled roles or as part of defining your organisational strategy.
There are three main parts to using TalentedTeam.
- Talent: This is your staff or team for whom will be using the site to create a profile describing their skills. Learn more about creating and managing your Talent here.
- Profiles: A profile is a page describing the skills, experience, education and talents of team member. The profile can be downloaded into a customised template that you can use to share with clients or include into proposals. Find out more here.
