User Roles
A users role change be elevated by any other user with higher access rights. The available roles are:
- Admin: full access to the entire account. Able to change all data and settings. This role should be only available to a select number of people.
- Manager: a manager of people. Able to add new users/talent and is able to make changes to all user profiles.
- User: standard user. Able to make changes to their own profile only and able to view and read all other users profiles.
- Guest: a user of the account who does not have an email address in the company domain. This user will only have access to edit and view their own personal profile.
To change a User’s role. Follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Talent page: https://talentedteam.com/talent
- Search for a given User either with the filter above the list of Talent or with the global search in the top right part of the screen.
- Click to view the User’s profile
- From the top menu, click “Details” to view the User’s details.
- The User’s current Roles will be listed. Click the edit icon next to open a dialogue box to change the roles.
- Select the new role.
- Click Save.
User Authentication Settings
The User Authentication settings define how a user will log in to TalentedTeam. An administrator can choose to have TalentedTeam manage a password for each user, OR TalentedTeam can be integrated with Microsoft Entra ID (nee Microsoft Azure AD) to allow users to use their corporate login credentials to access TalentedTeam.

The authentication settings can be changed from the “Settings” page, which is available for Admin users at the top right of the page.
Company Details
The company details define the name of the Company and the primary domain name for the company. The domain name must define the domain for valid email addresses of the Company.
